Join Our Team as a Mechanical Engineer
Taiji Group USA, Inc. – Conover, NC
Taiji Group USA, Inc. seeks a Mechanical Engineer to investigate, identify, and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery issues and implement solutions to improve machine performance. Responsibilities include maintaining paper-tube production machinery; participating in product design and testing; analyzing product defects and determining root causes and corrective actions; monitoring and improving plant machine systems; tracking and reporting quality metrics; providing statistical analysis related to quality and process improvements; and collaborating with management and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or foreign equivalent).
